At CrossFit Eminence, our programming is geared toward health, longevity, and performance. The emphasis is making sure that we are not heavily weighted in any one area, but instead finding the appropriate balance between movements, volume, and intensity throughout the week.
CrossFit is designed to be constantly varied, meaning every day you will be doing something different - so you’ll never get bored. Classes are designed to allow you to move at any age and at any level – whether you’re just starting out, maintaining your fitness, or headed to competition. You’ll always have a new goal to achieve, and this type of training never gets boring!
All of our CrossFit Classes are led by a knowledgeable coach, and are scheduled for 60 minutes. Each class starts with an explanation of the workout of the day, followed by a guided warm up and some time to work on technique. You will learn how to move properly, get a demonstration of the workout movements, and go over any modifications. Once ready, you’ll participate in a challenging workout, followed by accessories that provide results while avoiding injury. The Coach will supervise and correct any movement performed during the workout.
